Advice from the groomers
of The Classy Canine
and Harbor Pets.
Q What kind of grooming products
do you offer your clients?
A All of our grooming products are
natural and organic. We have many
different shampoos from basic flea
and tick (all natural, of course) to
mango and blueberry-scented for the
discerning pet owner.
Q What about pets with allergies?
Do you have special shampoos or
treatments you do?
A We use a hypoallergenic shampoo,
and we also have oatmeal shampoo
that helps dogs with itchy skin.
Q What do you recommend in
between grooming visits to maintain
a healthy coat?
A Pet owners should brush pets
regularly to avoid matting and help with
the natural shedding process. Make
sure to have the proper brush for the
type of coat. I am always happy to
show the owners the best products
to use and how to brush their pets.
Never let a dog get matted to the point
of having to be shaved because it is
painful for them. Keep coats silky and
soft by using pet deodorizing mists and
conditioners which can be found here
in our wonderful organic product lines. PH
